Feb 10th - Cooking Circle 7:00pm hosted by Jessica Jahn
The Cooking Circle will be meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm. The host will invite sisters into their home, demonstrate how to cook/bake something and provide copies of the recipe.
Feb 23rd - Book Group hosted by Carol Stelnicki
The book for this month is``The Last Lecture`` by Randy Pausch
Based on the extraordinary final lecture by Carnegie Mellon University professor Pausch, given after he discovered he had pancreatic cancer, this moving book goes beyond the now-famous lecture to inspire readers to live each day with purpose and joy.
Feb 27th - Stake Relief Society Morningside 9:00am at the Stake centre
It will begin at 9 am with breakfast and socializing. From there we will move to the chapel where we will be spiritually fed and motivated. We will hear brief comments from five sisters on how journaling has blessed their lives. We will open up a generous amount of time for bearing testimonies. We trust that the Lord will bless us that this event will be a ‘window of revelation’. You will receive what He knows you want and need. All friends are welcome.
